It be checked and registered. Present: Ms. Simran Gill, Ld Counsel for the complainant through VC. Accused no. 1 is a company. Accused no. 2,3 and 4 are absent. Summons issued against the accused not received back. Ld Counsel for the complainant submits that the complainant has traced out one more address and contact number of the accused no.1,3 and 4 and requests that the summons be also issued at the said fresh address of the accused. Submissions heard. Ld Counsel for the complainant is directed to mention the newly traced address of the accused no. 1,3 and 4 on the PF. At this stage, Ld Counsel for the complainant submits that accused no. 2 is lodged in Gurgaon Jail and she will move an appropriate application in this regard. Let fresh summons be issued against accused no.1, 3 and 4 at the all the available addresses, on filing of PF/RC/AD/speed post within one month from today, through all modes, returnable for next date of hearing. Complainant to inform all the known addresses of the accused on the PF so that summons could be generated for the same. List for report / appearance and further proceedings on 31.07.2026. -- 1 of 1 --
