Accused no. 2, 3 & 4 are absent.
Ld counsel for the accused NO. 1, 2 & 4

Matter is at the stage of appearance of accused.
BWs issued against the accused No.3 received back unexecuted. Report perused.
BWs issued against the accused No. 2 & 4 received back executed. Report
perused.
Fresh vakaltnama has been filed on behalf of accused No. 1, 2 & 4. Same is taken
on record.
Oral exemption from personal appearance is sought on behalf of accused NO. 2 &
4. Same is allowed for today only.
Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that complete set of documents has not been
received.
Copy of the complaint and relevant documents annexed thereto be supplied to ld
counsel for accused No. 2 & 4 before the NDOH.
Ld counsel for the accused no 2 & 4 submits that the accused no. 2 & 4 are willing
to settle the matter. It is submitted that there are chances of amicable settlement between the
parties and it is requested that the matter be referred to Mediation Centre.
Vide referral form, both the parties are directed to appear before Mediation Centre
on 29.09.2026 at 02 PM.
Court notice be issued to complainant to appear in person before Mediation
Centre.
In case matter remains unsettled, accused no. 2 & 4 shall appear in person on the
NDOH.
Complainant is directed to file fresh address, if any/ affidavit of physical
verification of the address of the accused No.3 before NDOH.
Be put up for settlement, if any/further proceedings before this court on
01.02.2027.
