Perusal of file reveals that cheque(s) got presented for
encashment and got returned dishonoured. Accused has failed to make payment
within the statutory period despite a legal notice of demand. The Complaint is
within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court and is within limitation. Enquiry
under Section 202 CrPC conducted by scrutinizing documents. Arguments on
summoning heard.
Issue Summons to ACCUSED NO. 1 COMPANY M/S NAB
PRODUCTION INDIA PVT LTD, ACCUSED NO. 2 ANITA GUPTA,
ACCUSED NO. 3 SIMRAN AND ACCUSED NO. 4 AJAY GUPTA on filing of
PF/RC/Speed Post within 15 days on all the addresses provided by the
Complainant. Complainant shall be at liberty to accompany the process server at
the time of service of summons.
