Heard on the application u/s 175 (3) BNSS. I have perused the file.
Let ATR be called from the SHO concerned in the following
respect:
1. Whether any complaint has been made by the complainant/ or received in
the police station.
2. If yes, whether any FIR has been registered and status of investigation.
3. Whether the Zero FIR has been lodged or not?
4. Whether as a result of investigation/inquiry, an cognizable offence has
been made out against the accused person and whether any action has been taken
by the police.
5. If yes, whether any FIR has been registered and status of investigation.
6. If no cognizable offence is made out, whether the complainant has been
informed accordingly.
Copy of the order be sent to SHO concerned directing him to file report
with respect to the action taken on the complaint received by him prior to the
complainant approaching this Court. Reply should be in point wise manner
addressing each query of the Court as raised above.
