Court notice issued to complainant vide previous order
received back duly served.
An exemption application has been moved on behalf of AR
for the complainant on the ground that he is indisposed. In support,
medical document annexed. For the reason stated in the application,
exemption from personal appearance is allowed for today only.
Fresh vakalatnama filed on behalf of accused. Same is taken
on record.
Both the parties submit that they want to explore the
possibility of settlement and request is made for referring the matter to
mediation cell.
At this stage, since there is a scope for settlement in the
present case, the present matter is referred to mediation cell, in view of
circular number 615-815/DMC/THC/ Delhi dated 07.01.2026, in view of
Mediation ‘For the nation 2.O campaign’. Accordingly, both the parties
alongwith counsels are directed to appear before the Mediation Cell,
Central District, Tis Hazari Courts on 06.07.2026 at 2:00 PM else heavy
costs shall be imposed upon the defaulting party.
Ahlmad is directed to do the needful.
Put up for report on compromise (if any)/CE on 16.09.2026.
