Dinesh. Heard. Allowed in the interest of justice. Application stands
disposed of with the direction that the said accused shall remain
physically present in Court on the next date without fail.
Accused Monu @ Ashu is absent despite service of
summons. Let BWs be issued in the name of accused Monu @ Ashu
for Rs.5000/-, returnable for NDOH.
Put up for appearance of accused Monu @ Ashu, for
