Proceedings are being conducted through hybrid mode.
Previous Reader of this court has not handed over complete
charge to the incumbent Reader till date.
Present: Mr. Manish Bansal, Ld. APP for State.
Accused Mannu @ Dinesh and Shanu are in person.
Accused Monu @ Aashu is not produced from JC
(but on bail in this case).
Mr. Shoaib Akhtar, learned proxy counsel for
accused Manu Alias Dinesh.
Mr. Rajeev Tomar, learned legal aid counsel for
accused Shanu.
NBW issued against accused Monu Alias Ashu
received back unexecuted. Report perused. Ms. Seema,
identifying herself as the mother of accused Monu Alias Ashu,
has submitted that the accused is currently in JC in connection
with another case.
Accordingly, let production warrant be issued
against accused Monu Alias Ashu, returnable for the next date of
hearing, with an endorsement that he is on bail in the present
case.
Arguments heard on the point of charge qua accused
Mannu @ Dinesh and Shanu. Record perused.
After carefully perusing the chargesheet, documents
filed therewith, including statements u/s 161 Cr.P.C recorded by
IO and hearing submissions of Ld. APP for the state and Ld.
counsel for accused persons Mannu @ Dinesh and Shanu, this
Court is of the considered view that prima facie offences u/s 411
IPC is made out against the accused persons Mannu @ Dinesh

and Shanu. Accordingly, charge for the aforesaid offences has
been framed against the accused persons Mannu @ Dinesh and
Shanu, to which they pleaded not guilty and claimed trial.
At this stage, accused Mannu @ Dinesh and Shanu
admitted the genuineness of some documents vide their joint
statement recorded u/s 294 Cr.P.C.
Ld. APP for State requested to drop duty officer and
witnesses at Sr. No. 2, 5 & 10 in the list of prosecution witness in
view of statement of accused Mannu @ Dinesh and Shanu u/s
294 Cr.P.C.
Heard. At request of Ld. APP, duty officer and
witnesses at Sr. No. 2, 5 & 10 in the list of prosecution witnesses
are dropped.
Put up for appearance of accused Monu @ Aashu
and arguments on charge qua accused Monu @ Aashu on
15.03.2025.
