PWs namely Retired Inspector Yashpal, HC Sandeep
Dahiya and HC Raj Prakash in person.
An exemption application has been moved on behalf of
the accused, who is stated to be out of station for Kawad Yatra. Heard.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the accused is exempted
from personal appearance for today, subject to the condition that
identity of the accused shall not be disputed during the examination of
the witnesses.
PW-3 Retired Inspector Yashpal has been examined and
the ld. counsel for the accused did not avail of the opportunity to cross
examine the witness. Diet money be paid as per rules.
PW-4 HC Sandeep Dahiya and PW-5 HC Raj Prakash
have been examined, cross examined and discharged.
Let remaining PWs mentioned at S. No. 1, 5, 7 and 10 be
summoned for evidence for the NDOH.
Also, issue summons to MHCM alongwith register No.
19 and 21 for the NDOH.
Be put up for PE on 15.12.2026.
