however, the accused has not furnished the bail bond).

Matter is listed today on the point of cognizance.
It is submitted by IO that supplementary charge-sheet
containing FSL result and sanction under section 39 Arms Act is
already filed.
This court has perused the charge-sheet as well as
supplementary charge-sheet.
This court finds sufficient material on record to take
cognizance. Accordingly, this court takes cognizance of offence udner
section 25/27 Arms Act.
Accused is already in attendance of this court.
Let copy of charge-sheet as well as supplementary
charge-sheet be supplied to accused today itself.
It is submitted by the Ld. LAC that the documents are
complete.
I shall now proceed to hear arguments on charge.

Heard. Record perused.
Prima facie offence under section 25/27 Arms Act is
made out in the present case. Accordingly, the charge for offence
under section 25/27 Arms Act is framed against the accused. The
accused has pleaded not guilty to the charge.
Put up for PE/ statement of accused under section 294 Cr.
PC on 22.07.2024.
Let PW mentioned at S. No. 2 and 8 be summoned for
evidence for NDOH.
Let notice be issued to MHC(M), PS Crime Branch for
production of case property on the NDOH.
