Proceedings conducted through video conferencing via Cisco Webex App.
Matter taken up through Video Conferencing as per office order of Hon'ble Delhi High
Court as per order no. 4/7/RG/DHC/2020 dated 27.08.2020.
Present: Mr. Nagmani Kumar, Ld. Counsel for complainant alongwith complainant in
person.
Mr. R B Chaudhary, Ld. Counsel for accused alongwith accused in person.
Matter is at the stage of CE.
Ld. Counsel for accused submits that matter has been settled between the parties
for total amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- to be paid in seven monthly installment of Rs. 50,000/-
(each). It is also agreed between the parties that the amount shall be paid on or before 10th of
each month starting from June 2025. The last payment shall be made on 10th December 2025. It
is also agreed that the amount shall be paid in the account of complainant as mentioned in the
Mediation Settlement agreement. It is also agreed between the parties that in case of any delay
in making the payment, the accused shall pay interest at 18% per annum on the defaulted
amount.
Separate statement of both the parties have been recorded.
Ld. Counsel for complainant wishes to withdraw the present matter.
Heard and allowed.
Separate statement of complainant has also been recorded.
In view of the statement of Ld. Counsel, the matter is disposed of as withdrawn.
File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
The order be uploaded as per rules.
