Perusal of the record shows that present complaint has been filed after
01.07.2024 and the proceedings in the present matter shall be governed by Bhartiya Nagrik
Suraksha Sahita 2023 (BNSS).
As per the proviso of section 233(1), BNSS, it is incumbent upon the Court to
afford an opportunity of hearing to the accused before taking cognizance of an offence.
In view of the above, issue notice to the proposed accused for the NDOH on
filing of PF/RC within 15 days.
Process server is directed to serve the notice through all modes.
Put up for appearance of accused / further proceedings on 08.07.2025.
