Matter has been received by way of transfer today from Ld. JMFC, NI
Act, Digital Court-01, Central, THC in compliance
of Delhi High Court Order No.
46/DHC/Gaz-IIB/G-7/VI.E.2(a)/2025 dated 18.11.2025.
Parties are directed to bring original documents and case file along
with all printed order sheets date wise and all other documents in possession of each
party including complaint, notices, evidence if any for physical court hearing before
NDOH and give the same to the Ahlmad in complete form to enable tagging and
preparation of the file.
Complainant is directed to bring all the order sheets in the physical
case file. COMPLAINANT IS ALSO DIRECTED TO FILE FILING HISTORY
ALONG WITH PHYSICAL CASE FILE.
THE COMPLAINANT IS ALSO DIRECTED TO FILE THE GST
DETAILS IN CASE ACCUSED IS PROPRIETOR/MASTER DATA IF ACCUSED
IS COMPANY OR PARTNERSHIP FIRM.
Proceedings will now be conducted as like in a PHYSICAL COURT.
AHLMAD AND PARTIES ARE DIRECTED TO ENSURE THAT
NOTICE U/S 251 CR.P.C IF ANY IS PHYSICALLY PLACED IN THE FILE.
Accused is directed to appear in person for framing of notice.
Parties are directed to appear in person for recording of evidence.
PARTIES ARE AT LIBERTY TO EXPLORE POSSIBILITY OF
SETTLEMENT OUT OF COURT.
