20.11.2025. It be checked and registered.
Present: Sh. Anmol Gupta, Ld Counsel for the complainant alongwith Sh Akhil Singh, AR
for the complainant.
None for the accused.
Matter is fixed for appearance of accused.
Summons issued against the accused not received back.
Application for substitution of AR of the complainant has been filed on behalf of
complainant today.
Submissions heard. Application perused.
The authorization letter of the proposed AR is annexed with the application. Duly
perused.
The application being formal in nature, the same stands allowed.
Sh. Akhil Singh stands substituted as the new AR for the complainant in place of
Ms. Priyanka Bhatla.
Fresh evidence by way of affidavit filed by the complainant. Same be taken on
record.
At this stage, original postal receipt alongwith tracking report indicating delivery
of summons upon the accused has been furnished by the Ld Counsel for the complainant. Same
be taken on record.
None has appeared on behalf of the accused despite service.
Let BWs be issued against the accused in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety
in the like amount through SHO concerned on filing of PF within one month, returnable for
next date of hearing.
