Present : 	Mr. Nitin Kakkar, Ld. counsel for the complainant
through V.C.
Mr. Manish Malhotra, Ld. Counsel for the accused
in person.
Accused is present through V.C.
Matter is listed for framing of notice.
Ld. 	Counsel 	for 	the 	complainant 	submits 	that
original file has been deposited today with the Assistant Ahlmad
of this court.
Assistant Ahlmad is directed to hand over the file to
the Ahlmad Mr. Deepak Munjal and Ahlmad is directed to keep
the file in safe custody.
Since 	offence 	under 	consideration 	is 	bailable
offence, accused is admitted to bail, subject to furnishing of
personal and surety bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- each with
the condition that the accused shall furnish his present residential
address to the court and in case, he changes his residence, he
shall 	intimate 	the 	court 	by 	furnishing 	his 	new 	address
immediately without any delay. Accused undertakes to furnish
personal bond during the course of the day and seeks permission
of this court to furnish the surety bonds on the NDOH. Allowed.

Ld. 	Counsel 	for 	the 	accused 	seeks 	adjournment
stating that accused is suffering from depression and he is under
medication. 	Medical documents have been filed on the official
email ID of this Court. Same is taken on record. Let the same be
uploaded on Layers.
Same is opposed by Ld. Counsel for the complainant
stating that already four dates have been given to the accused.
Given the submissions and in the interest of justice,,
one more opportunity is given to the accused.
Put up for furnishing of bail bond/framing of notice
on 14.01.2025.
