Let fresh summons be issued against the accused subject to filing of affidavit
of verified address, on filing of PF/RC/AD/speed post within two weeks from today,
returnable for next date of hearing. Process server is directed to serve the summons
through all modes permissible. Summons be also issued through electronic mode
including whatsapp and e-mail. Complainant is directed to furnish the details.
Complainant to inform all the known addresses of the accused on the PF so that summons
could be generated for the same.
Copy of summons be given to the complainant in order to effect dasti service
upon the accused.
Proof of service to be e-filed as well as physically with the Reader on or
before the next date of hearing.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant is directed to file the tracking report on the
e-mail ID of this court and to furnish the physical copy with the Reader of the court on or
before the next date of hearing.
