Convict in person with Ld. Counsels Mr. Ketan Bhutani and Ms.
Bhawna.
Matter is listed for arguments on sentence.
At this stage, both the parties have submitted that they have settled the
present case for a sum of Rs.4,50,000/- in an out of court settlement and that the said
amount has been paid by the convict to the complainant. On that ground, a joint
request has been made by the parties to pass the order on sentence in the same amount,
as the accused already stands convicted.
Joint statement of the parties recorded to the above effect.
In view of the same, the convict Mr. Vikash Agarwal is sentenced to pay
a fine amount of Rs.4,50,000/- to the complainant in the present case. As the said
amount has already been paid by the convict to the complainant, there remains nothing
to be done further in the present case.
File be consigned to Record Room after due complaince.
