NBWs issued vide previous order received back unexecuted with report that no such person was found at the given address and the contact number mentioned on the warrants was found switched off. Taken on record. Accused submits that both the address and phone number, mentioned on the warrants are correct. Application filed for cancellation of NBW on the ground that the parents of the accused were unwell due to which, he could not appear before the court. Since, the report on NBWs precedes the application, the same turns infructous and disposed of accordingly. At this stage, both the parties submit that they want to explore the possibility of settlement and request is made for referring the matter to mediation cell. Contd…. -- 1 of 2 -- Page-2 Since there is a scope for settlement in the present case, the present matter is referred to mediation cell, in view of circular number 615-815/DMC/THC/ Delhi dated 07.01.2026, in view of Mediation ‘For the nation 2.O campaign’. Accordingly, both the parties alongwith counsels are directed to appear before the Mediation Cell, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts today itself i.e. on 06.03.2026 at12:30 PM else heavy costs shall be imposed upon the defaulting party. Ahlmad is directed to do the needful.
