Perusal of record reflects that BWs issued vide previous

unsatisfactory.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, issue NBWs
against the accused through DCP concerned, on filing of PF within
seven days, returnable on NDOH.

tenant of accused was found at the address who stated that the whereabouts of the accused
as well as her husband are not known since 08.02.2025. However, it is verified by the
tenant that the said property belongs to the accused. Perusal of report reveals that multiple
attempts were not made to execute the issued process. The report is also not supported
with statement of independent witnesses. In these circumstances, the report is
unsatisfactory.
However, since the address of accused is verified, I deem it fit to issue
NBWs against the accused through SHO concerned.
SHO concerned is directed to ensure that multiple attempts are made for the
execution of the warrants. Further, SHO concerned is directed to ensure that the statement
of two independent witnesses is recorded at the time of execution of process and copy of
their ID card is also be taken.
Re-list the matter for 28.07.2025.
