Written arguments on charge have been submitted on behalf
of accused Suraj and Anil Rathi. Taken on record. Copy supplied to the
state.
Perusal of the record shows that on the last date of hearing, an
application was moved on behalf of the Lockup, Incharge for production of
the accused Pramod @ Modi through VC as he is high risk prisoner. The
same was allowed. However, today also accused Pramod @ Modi has been
produced physically. Let a copy of order dt. 20.05.2025 alongwith
application moved by the Incharge, Lockup dt. 20.05.2025 be sent to the
concerned Jail Superintendent.
On asking the accused Pramod @ Modi, he has submitted that
he doesn’t have means to engage legal counsel. Accordingly, Ld. LAC
assigned to this court, Ms. Meenakshi, is assigned the present matter qua
accused Pramod @ Modi.
Be put up for consideration on the point of charge on
01.12.2025.
Rehnumai every 14 days through VC.
