It appears that the accused is deliberately avoiding joining the proceedings despite
having knowledge of the present case.
Issue bailable warrant against the accused for NDOH in the sum of Rs. 10,000/-
with one surety in the like amount. Accused is also burdened with the cost of 2000/- to be paid to
complainant.
