AR for the complainant.
None for the accused.
Matter is fixed for appearance of accused.
Application for substitution of AR of the complainant has been filed on behalf of
complainant today.
Submissions heard. Application perused.
The authorization letter of the proposed AR is annexed with the application. Duly
perused.
The application being formal in nature, the same stands allowed.
Sh. Akhil Singh stands substituted as the new AR for the complainant in place of
Ms. Priyanka Bhatla.
Fresh evidence by way of affidavit filed by the complainant. Same be taken on
record.
Summons issued against the accused not received back.
Original postal receipt alongwith tracking report has been furnished by the Ld
Counsel for the complainant. Same be taken on record.
Perusal of the same does not show delivery of summons upon the accused.
Accordingly, let fresh summons be issued against the accused on filing of
PF/RC/AD/speed post within one month from today, through all modes, returnable for next
date of hearing.
Complainant to inform all the known addresses of the accused on the PF so that
summons could be generated for the same.
