Present: Sh. Rohit Jaiswal, Ld. Counsel for complainant alongwith AR of
complainant in person.
Ms. Vaishali Sharma, Ld. Proxy Counsel for accused alongwith the
accused in person.
Matter is at the stage of furnishing of bail bonds by the accused as
well as reply and arguments on application u/s 145(2) NI Act.
At request, last and final opportunity is granted to accused to
furnish his bail bonds on NDOH.
Ld. Counsel for complainant submits that he does not wish to file a
written reply to the abovesaid application.
Arguments on above said application have been heard on behalf
of both the parties. Ld. Counsel for complainant has objection to the above said
application.
In view of plea of defence of accused, probable defence has been
raised and accused is granted opportunity to cross-examine the
complainant/AR. Accordingly, application u/s 145(2) NI Act of the accused
stands allowed. Considering the circumstances, the present matter is being tried
as a summons case instead of summarily, in terms of second proviso to Section
143(1) NI Act.
Matter is now listed for CE.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for complainant presses the application
u/s 143A NI Act filed alongwith the complaint.
It is jointly submitted on behalf of both parties that they wish to
explore the possibility of settlement in the present case.

Accordingly, let the matter be referred before concerned Mediation Center for
11.08.2025 at 12:30 p.m.
Mediation referral form be filled as per rules.
Both parties are directed to make sincere endeavour to settle their
disputes.
Put up for settlement, if any/reply and arguments on application
u/s 143A NI Act on 01.11.2025.
