Sh. Santosh Kumar Jha, Ld. Counsel for complainant (through VC).
Accused proprietor is absent.
Sh. Ghanshayam Dass, Ld. Counsel for accused (through VC).
BWs issued against the accused received back unexecuted with the
report that accused has left both the addresses on record in the year 2024-25.
However, Ld. Counsel for accused has appeared today (through VC).
It is submitted by accused side that they have not received the copy of
complaint and annexures. Complainant is directed to supply the same to accused
side before the next date of hearing on the no. 9910732409.
On oral request, personal appearance of accused is exempted for today
only subject to cost of 500/- to be paid to NGO on the UPI id:
earthlingstrust99.rzp@icici. Receipt of same be filed by NDOH.
PAYMENT OF COST IS PRE REQUISITE.
ACCUSED IS DIRECTED TO APPEAR IN PERSON. NO
EXEMPTION SHALL BE ENTERTAINED ON BEHALF OF THE ACCUSED ON
THE NDOH.
Accused is also directed to furnish his present address on affidavit by
NDOH.
The complainant is also directed to file the GST details of accused
proprietor.
Accused side is at liberty to reach out the complainant side for
possibility of settlement on the no. 9958090662.
Put up for filing of GST/ filing of present address on affidavit by
accused/ appearance of accused/ framing of notice/ furnishing of surety/ further
proceedings on 15.02.2027.
