Matters are being taken up physically in terms of order no. 67/RG/DHC/2022 dated 11.02.2022.
VC Link is kept open for appearance in terms of order no. 01/RG/DHC/2023 dated 05.06.2023.
Present : Complainant in person (himself an advocate).
Accused in person.
Summons issued received back unexecuted. However, accused has
appeared and submits that his current address is D-56, Third Floor, Kamla
Nagar, Delhi and phone number 9818948626.
On query as to how he got to know about the pendency of
proceedings, he submits that summons had come on his shop i.e. 1159, First
Floor, Kucha Mahajani, Chandni Chowk, Delhi-06. However, summons from
the said address have remained unexecuted.
Accused is warned to be careful in future.
As accused submits that he has not received the copy of complaint,
additional set with the unexecuted summons is released to the accused in the
Court today.
Further, since the offence is bailable in nature, accused is hereby
admitted on bail subject to furnishing of bail bond in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- with
one surety of like amount.
Personal bond furnished and accepted till NDOH.
Surety bond be furnished on NDOH.
At joint request, since parties submit that out of Court, settlement
talks are going on, list for reporting on 21.11.2024.
In case of failure of settlement, list for notice/ furnishing of
surety bond.
