Accused no. 1 is a company through accused no. 2.
Accused no. 2 Raj Tomar, Director and signatory (through VC).
Sh. Shubham Pandey, Ld. Counsel for both accused (through VC).
Previously NBWs issued against the accused were stayed till today
subject to cost of Rs. 1,500/- to be paid to an NGO. Said cost has not been paid.
Accordingly, due to non compliance of previous order, the said cost now stands
enhanced to Rs. 3,000/- which shall now to be paid to NGO on the UPI id:
earthlingstrust99.rzp@icici. Receipt of same be filed by NDOH.
PAYMENT OF COST IS PRE REQUISITE.
Accused was directed to appear in person today, but he has failed to
appear. Today, he submits that he is occupied in the final rites of his brother.
Accordingly, his oral exemption from personal appearance is allowed for today only.
ACCUSED IS DIRECTED TO APPEAR IN PERSON. NO
EXEMPTION SHALL BE ENTERTAINED ON BEHALF OF THE ACCUSED ON
THE NDOH and the court will be constrained to issue coercive process.
Accused side is at liberty to reach out the complainant side for
possibility of settlement on the no. 9810322535.
It is submitted by accused side that they have received the copy of
complaint and annexures.
Accused has never been admitted on bail.
Put up for appearance of accused/ framing of notice/ admission on bail
on 03.04.2027.
