complainant.
Sh. Ankit Swami kashyap, Ld. Proxy Counsel for the accused alongwith accused.
Matter is fixed for furnishing of bail bonds and framing of notice.
Ld. Proxy Counsel for the accused seeks time to furnish surety bonds in the sum
of Rs.20,000/-.
Heard. Allowed.
Notice u/s 251 Cr.P.C framed against the accused to which he pleaded not guilty
and claimed trial. Admission / denial of documents u/s 294 Cr.P.C of accused has been
recorded separately.
In view of admission and denial, witness cited at Sr. no.2 and 3 are hereby
dropped from the array of witnesses as per the list of witnesses filed by the complainant.
In view of the plea of defence taken by the accused and in light of the judgment
Rajesh Aggarwal V. State, the matter is being listed for DE.
Ld. counsel for accused is directed to file the complete list of witnesses alongwith
application under Section 315 CrPC Act/353 of BNSS, if any, with advance copy to the
complainant at least 15 days prior to the NDOH.
