Despite repeated calls none is appearing on behalf of
accused. Accused is absent.
Let BWs be issued against the accused in the sum of Rs.
5,000/- with one surety of like amount on filing of PF within three weeks.
BW be executed through SHO concerned. The complainant is directed to
mention all the available addresses on the PF so that warrant would be
generated on the same.
