Counsel for the complainant through VC. SPA Holder in person. On the last date of hearing, NBWs were directed to be issued against the accused. Report received back as per which it was found that accused used to run his shop around 8 years ago. No further information about the accused could be gathered. On the address i.e. 7th Sri Avenue father of the accused was found at the given address who stated that accused has gone out of station and he will apprise the accused about the Court date. The Court finds that accused is deliberately avoiding appearance before the Court. Accordingly, process u/s 84 BNSS be issued against the accused through SHO concerned, returnable to this Court on Court Date. a) By reading the proclamation in conspicuous place of town. b) By way of affixation and conspicuous part of the house of the accused. c) By way of affixation on some conspicuous part of the Court. Process server is directed to comply with the proceedings u/s 84 BNSS at least 30 days prior to the NDOH. Put up for report / recording of statement of process server on 12.01.2027.
