An exemption application has been moved on behalf of the accused no. 2
on the ground that he could not appear today due to professional commitments. Heard.
Considered. Same is allowed for today only.
Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that the accused no. 2 will appear on
NDOH.
BWs issued against the accused no. 3 received back unexecuted with the
report that accused has gone outside.
Issue fresh BWs against the accused no. 3 in the sum of Rs. 2,000/- with
one surety in the like amount without filing of PF, returnable on NDOH.
Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that the accused has not received the
copy of complaint and annexed documents. Complainant is directed to supply the
same to the accused prior to the NDOH.
List the matter for appearance of accused persons/furnishing of bail
bonds/ framing of notice on 24.03.2025.
