Matter is listed for report on settlement/ furnishing of bail bonds by
accused no. 2 and 3/arguments on application u/s 143 A NI Act/ CE.
Time sought to furnish bail bonds. Time granted till NDOH.
Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that on account of non availibility of
form of mediation, the matter was not referred to mediation cell.
At this stage, it is submitted on behalf of both the parties that there is a
high possibility of settlement in the present matter and request is made for referring the
matter to Mediation Cell.
Hence, the present matter is referred to Mediation Cell. Both parties are
directed to fill the Mediation Form.
Accordingly, both the parties along-with counsel are directed to appear
before the Mediation Cell, Tis Hazari Courts on the date and time mentioned in the
Mediation Order.
List the matter for report on settlement/ purpose fixed on 19.01.2026.
