Ld. Counsel for accused submits that accused could not
appear before the Court today as he is not well. Ld. Counsel further submits
that copy of complaint has received today only.
Heard.
At joint request, matter be referred to mediation centre,THC
on 02.06.2026 at 02:00 PM.
Both the parties are directed to sign the mediation referral
form during the course of the day.
It is also clarified that in case any party fails to appear before
Mediation Centre, cost of Rs. 2000/- shall be imposed upon the defaulting
party.
In alternate, put up for settlement, if any / framing of notice
on 24.08.2026.
