At this stage, Ld. Counsel for accused submits that accused has left the
court premises for a medical emergency.

Since the accused has left the court without due permission and
intimation, a cost of Rs. 2,000/- is imposed on the accused to be paid to NGO on the
UPI id: earthlingstrust99.rzp@icici. Receipt of same is shown.
It is clarified that no adjournment shall be granted to the accused on
NDOH for CE and since another connected matter between the same parties is listed
for CE, NOTICE U/S 251 CR.P.C SHALL BE FRAMED ON NDOH AND CE
SHALL BE LED IN THE PRESENT MATTER ON THE SAME DATE.
With consent of both sides, in view of the ongoing “mediation for the
nation campaign 2.0 by NALSA” file be put up before Mediation Cell on
11.09.2026 at 02:00 pm with another connected matter bearing CC NI Act no.
7267/2023 and returnable to this court on 02.04.2027.
Mediation is being referred with consent of both sides. In case of non
appearance of any party before mediation, a cost shall be imposed on defaulting
party.
Ahlmad is directed to send file to Mediation Cell well in time.
Accused side (9999977240) is at liberty to reach out the complainant
side for possibility of settlement on the no. 9810459344.
Put up for settlement if any/ appearance of accused/ framing of notice/
furnishing of surety/ CE on 02.04.2027.
