complainant.
Ms. Reema Singh, Ld. Counsel for accused alongwith accused through VC.
Fresh Vakalatnama on behalf of the accused not filed.
Ld. Counsel for accused is directed to file his vakalatnama on or before NDOH.
Ld. Counsel for accused is directed to file memo of appearance during the
course of the day.
Ld. Counsel for accused has submitted that she has not received the copy of the
complaint. She shares her email-id and mobile number i.e. newagelegal7@gmail.com mobile
no. 9971089454.
Ld. Counsel for complainant is directed to supply the copy of the complaint
alongwith necessary documents to the accused on or before NDOH.
Since the offence u/s 138 NI Act is bailable in nature, accused is admitted to bail
subject to furnishing of bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- and a surety in the like amount.
Surety bonds not furnished.
Ld. Counsel for accused is directed to furnish the surety bonds on or before
NDOH.
Accused is directed to appear physically before this Court on NDOH voluntarily,
failing which, coercive measure shall be taken.
Put up for framing of notice on 09.07.2025.
