Matter taken up through Video Conferencing as per office order of Hon'ble Delhi High
Court as per order no. 4/7/RG/DHC/2020 dated 27.08.2020.
Present: Mr. Kunal, Ld. Counsel for complainant alongwith complainant in person.
On the last date of hearing, BWs were directed to be issued against the accused
persons.
Report received back against accused Kapil Vadhel as per which it was found
that he has vacated the property and has gone to some unknown place in the year 2020.
Report received back against accused Pankaj Kumar Singh as per which owner
of the flat was found who stated that no person with the name of accused resides here. Said
report is also annexed with relevant photographs.
Complainant / Ld. Counsel for complainant is directed to verify the address of
the accused or file the fresh address, if any.
Put up for verification of address / filing of affidavit / filing of fresh address, if
any on 17.02.2025.
