Complainant in person.
The present case has been filed in the year 2023. The hard copy of the complaint
and original documents have only been e-filed. As per order no. Endst.Nos. 6296-6330/
DHC/Gaz.-IIB/G-7/VI.E.2(a)/2025 Dated 18/11/2025, the present court is now functioning as a
physical court.
The complainant is therefore, directed to submit the original documents and the
complaint with the Ahlmad of this court before NDOH.
NBW issued against both the accused persons received back unexecuted.
Upon perusal of the report, it is apparent that the accused persons are evading
their arrest and due execution of warrants. In view of above, this court deems it appropriate to
direct issuance of process U/s 82 Cr. P.C. against the accused Kapil Vadher and Pankaj Kumar
Singh.
Accordingly, issue process U/s 82 Cr. P.C. against the accused on filing of PF.
1. By reading the proclamation in conspicuous place of town.
2. By way of affixation in conspicuous part of the house.
3. By way of affixation in some conspicuous part of the court.
The process be directed to be executed at least 30 days before the NDOH fixed
in the matter and concerned process server is directed to appear on NDOH for recording of his
statement in that regard. Let court notice be issued to appear before this court on NDOH. PF be
filed within 15 days from today.
Put up for appearance of accused / further proceedings on 23/02/2026.
