alongwith supporting medical documents. Heard. Record perused. Application stands dismissed
as no supporting medical documents is annexed with the application exhibiting the fact that the
accused is not in the position to appear physically in the Court today or has been advised bed
rest.
Accordingly, let NBWs be issued against the accused Kapil Vadher and Pankaj
Kumar Singh on filing of the PF on NDOH.
