Accused No. 2 in person with Sh. Sanjay Sehgal, Ld. Counsel.
Accused No. 2 is also representing accused no. 1.
Fresh Vakalatnama filed for accused, the same is taken on
record.
Previously summons issued to accused no. 2 received back
unserved. Today, on inquiry, accused has stated his address which is
different from address mentioned in memo of parties. Accused No. 2 is
directed to file his affidavit mentioning all present and permanent addresses
alongwith email I.D and phone number as well as amended memo of
parties on the NDOH.
Submission of Ld. Counsel heard on the aspect of bail.
Considering the nature of offence and the fact that the accused
has not been arrested during investigation, accused is released on bail
subject to furnishing of bail bonds and surety bonds in sum of Rs. 30,000/-
each. Bail bonds accepted provisionally till NDOH.
Let notice be issued to SHO PS Subzi Mandi to verify the
same alongwith address of accused and to file its report on the NDOH.
Accused and his surety are directed to appear in person for
verification of bail bonds on the NDOH.
Complainant is directed to call its witness for pre-charge
evidence for the NDOH.
Be put up for pre-charge evidence on 05.06.2025.
