Issue Summons to ACCUSED NO. 1 JAYANT D MHAISKAR,
ACCUSED NO. 2 M/S MEP INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPERS LTD., ACCUSED
NO. 3 ANUYA MHAISKAR AND ACCUSED NO. 4 ARVIND VINZE on filing of
PF/RC/Speed Post within 15 days on all the addresses provided by the
Complainant. Complainant shall be at liberty to accompany the process server at
the time of service of summons.
