Present: None for complainant.
Accused no. 1 Krishna, Drawer and signatory is absent.
Accused no. 2 and 3 were never summoned.
Summons could not be issued due to non filing of PF.
One more opportunity is granted to the complainant to take steps for
issuance of summons against the accused on filing PF.
In the meantime, let fresh summons be issued against the accused no. 1
on filing of PF within two months, through all modes, returnable for NDOH.
Complainant is directed to file proof of service.
Complainant is directed to supply the soft copy of complaint and
documents to the accused well in time.
In case of online service, complainant is directed to file requisite
affidavit with contact details of the accused and certificate U/s 63 BSA to show due
service through online mode.
Put up for appearance of accused/ framing of notice/ furnishing of
surety/ further proceedings on 02.09.2026.

At this stage, AR for complainant Sh. Sunil Kumar has appeared and
he has been apprised of the proceedings and NDOH. He further submits that
settlement talks are ongoing between the parties.
