Sh. Siddharth, Ld. Counsel for accused has appeared along with the
accused and submits that the accused could not appear on time due to heavy traffic
owing to truck accident on the road and has requested for cancellation of NBWs.
In the interest of justice, NBWs issued against the accused today
stands cancelled subject to cost of Rs. 500/-.
An application for waiver of previous cost of Rs. 5,000/- has been filed
on behalf of accused.
Heard. Record perused.
The application is disposed of as dismissed as no proof has been annexed
with regard to the submissions.
Let the previous cost of Rs. 5,000/- be paid on the NDOH.
