Today, the undersigned is working as Duty MM.
Present: Complainant in person with counsel Sh. J A Khan.
Complainant undertakes to submit the complaint made
to the SHO along with due receiving within 2 days from today.
Submissions heard. Record perused.
Heard the application u/s 156(3) CrPC. Perused the file.
SHO concerned is directed to file an action taken report
stating the following :
1. Whether any complaint has been made / received by the
complainant in the police station.
2. If yes, whether any action has been taken on the complaint.
3. Whether as a result of enquiry, any cognizable offence has been
made out against the proposed accused persons and whether any
action has been taken by the police.
4. If yes, whether any FIR has been registered and the status of
investigation.
5. If no cognizable offence has been made out, whether the
complainant had been informed accordingly.
In compliance of section 210 CrPC, complaint u/s 200
CrPC is stayed till the next date of hearing.
Copy of complaint alongwith the annexure be supplied
to the Naib court PS concerned today itself.
Put up for filing of report on 28.08.2024.
