Perusal of the previous order sheet reveals that an application for cancellation of NBWs on be-
half of the accused and the same was stayed till today.
Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that there is no vakalatnama on behalf of the accused
filed on official email ID of this Court.
The reader has apprised that no vakalatnama is traced on behalf of the accused on official email
ID of this Court neither the same has been e-filed.

Since the offence is bailable in nature, accused is admitted to bail on furnishing Personal bond in
the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with surety of like amount.
Ld. Counsel for the accused seeks some more time furnish the personal and surety bonds. Same

It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for the accused that he has not received copy of the complaint and
