Matter is fixed for framing of notice against accused no.2. However Internet
connectivity at the end of the accused is not responding. The accused no. 2 is directed to be physically
present before the court for framing of notice. Moreover, bail bonds with respect to accused no. 3 is not
on record. One last opportunity is given to accused no. 3 to file bail bonds official e-mail id on the next
date of hearing.
