Exemption is sought on behalf of the accused on the ground that he is out of station. In
view of the submissions made, accused is exempted from appearance for today only.

Since the offence is bailable in nature, accused is admitted to bail on furnishing Personal
bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with surety of like amount.
Ld. Counsel for the accused seeks some more time furnish the personal and surety bonds.
Same be filed on the official email ID of this court before next date of hearing.
It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for the accused that he has received copy of the complaint
and the accompanied documents.
