Fresh application u/s 175 of BNSS along with complaint u/s 223 BNSS
received from filing counter. It be checked and registered as per rules.
Present: Sh. Kumar Vaibhav and Sh. Ishan Ojha, Ld. Counsels for
complainant / applicant.
Perusal of record reveals that the present complaint along
with application u/s 175 BNSS has been filed by the complainant. In
these circumstances, let a point wise report be called from SHO, PS Nabi
Karim as to :
1. Whether any complaint has been made / received by the
complainant in the police station.
2. If yes, whether any action has been taken on the complaint.
3. whether as a result of investigation/inquiry, any cognizable offence
has been made out against the accused person and whether any action has
been taken place by the police.
4. If yes, whether any FIR has been registered and status of
investigation.
5. If no cognizable offence has been made out, whether the
complainant has been informed accordingly.
In the meantime, the applicant / complainant is directed to
place on record the original acknowledgment in respect of the
representations / complaints lodged at PS Darya Ganj and before DCP
Central on the NDOH.
Put up for filing of report from SHO, PS Darya Ganj on
04.04.2026.
