This is a complaint filed under Payments and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 read
with Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act,1881. Perusal of the complaint and the e-
filing history reveals that the present complaint has been filed on 13.12.2025.
Since the present complaint is governed by the provisions of the Bharatiya
Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, therefore, in light of the provisions of the Bharatiya Nagarik
Suraksha Sanhita, let court notice be issued to the proposed accused for answering to the
present complaint upon filing of PF within 2 weeks from today, returnable for the next date of
hearing. Process Server is directed to serve the notice through all permissible modes. Copy of
the complaint be supplied to the accused alongwith the said notice.
Put up for appearance of proposed accused/arguments on summoning/further
consideration on 28.10.2025.
