for the respondent/complainant.
Total five matters under Sec.138 NI Act are pending
between the parties.
The parties are impleaded as complainant or accused
either in individual capacity or as proprietor of the firm.
Arguments on the transfer petition have been heard.
In view of the same, the application is allowed and it is
directed that the case titled as “Ashwin Fab Vs. Saisons”pending
before the court of Sh. Visvesh, Ld. MM, Central, Tis Hazari and
titled as “Rainbow Enterprises Vs. Saisons” pending before the court
of Ms. Bhujali, Ld. MM, Central, Tis Hazari, are transferred to the
court of Ms. Neha Goyal, Ld. MM, Central District, Tis Hazari
Courts, Delhi where other cases are pending between the same parties.
The files be sent to the transferee Court on or before
26.05.2023.
It is clarified that the matters have not been clubbed on
merits or being arising out of same transaction. Further the matters are
to continue from the same stage as they were pending before the Ld.
MM prior to the present order.

Parties to appear accordingly. Petition stands disposed
off.
Copy of this order be sent to both the said Courts for
necessary information and compliance.
Transfer petition be consigned to Record Room.
