which cost of Rs. 1,000/- shall be imposed upon complainant payable to
accused.
Accused is directed to appear in person on NDOH, failing
which cost of Rs. 3,000/- shall be imposed upon the accused payable to the
complainant.

settlement, if any / furnishing of bail bond / framing of notice on
