Proceedings conducted online through VC using Cisco Webex as well
as through Hybrid Mode.
Present : Ms. Shiwani Sharma, proposed AR for the complainant
through V.C.
Proposed AR for the complainant submits that an
application for substitution of AR has been emailed on the official ID
of this court alongwith Power of Attorney. The said application is
supported with Board Resolution of the complainant company and
fresh evidence by way of affidavit.
Heard. Perused.
In view of the grounds mentioned in the application, the
same stands allowed. Accordingly, Ms. Shivani Sharma stands
substituted as AR in place of Mr. Suredner Kumar, the erstwhile AR.
The application stands disposed off accordingly.
As per section 531 of the BNSS, the present complaint
shall be governed by the BNSS.
Given the mandate of section 223 of the BNSS, let court
notice be issued to the proposed accused person/persons through all
permissible modes including the e-mode by Nazarat Branch, on filing
of PF, to appear before the court and argue on the point of cognizance.
PF be filed within two weeks from today.
Put up for appearance of proposed accused and
arguments on point of cognizance on 30.01.2026.
The order be uploaded as per rules.
