Since the offence is bailable in nature, accused is admitted to bail on furnishing Personal
bond in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- with surety of like amount.
Ld. Counsel for the accused seeks some more time furnish the personal and surety bonds.
Same be filed on the official email ID of this court before next date of hearing.
It is submitted by the accused that he has not received copy of the complaint and the ac-
companying documents. Accused has mentioned his phone number i.e. 9958295196 . Ld. Counsel for
the complainant is directed to supply the same to the accused on his email ID/phone number before next
date of hearing.
On request, the matter is referred to the Mediation Centre, Room No. 325, Central
Hall, Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi. Parties have been informed about the procedure/benefits of the
Mediation.
Parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Cell on 22.07.2024 at 2.00 p.m.
Put up before this court for report of settlement, if any, failing which for furnishing of bail
bonds and framing of notice on 26.11.2024.
Both the parties are directed to sign the mediation referral form at last two days before
the date of Mediation.
